Well, to get started please go to docstoc.com. This site has a partnership with Google, so if you create adsense account using this site Google will not reject you!.
After going to docstoc.com
1. Register account
2. After this you will be asked to apply to join the Adsense to earn money using DocCash. Select only Adsense.
3. Check your email inbox, there will be a message from Google Adsense to fill out the registration form.
4. Contents Adsense application form. There will be a statement that says "Allows docstoc to access my account". Select the option "Yes docstoc allows to access".
